If you believe your sensor(s) are not working, try the following solutions in the order listed:
1. Unplug your Biopod, wait a few seconds and plug it back in. Wait for it to re-connect to your wifi and check the Biopod app to see if the sensor is reporting the proper values.
2. Unplug your Biopod and leave the glass door of your Biopod open for a few hours. If you have any animals we highly recommend keeping them elsewhere temporarily so they don’t wander out. After waiting for a few hours with the Biopod off and the glass door open, plug it back in and wait for it to re-connect to your WiFi. Check the Biopod app to see if sensors are reporting proper values.
2. Restart your Biopod and re-connect it to your local wifi (Refer to the question “How do I reset my Biopod?” to find instructions on restarting your Biopod).
3. If none of the above options work, please contact our technical support at email@example.com for further assistance.
