What do I do if I can’t proceed past entering my serial # when registering my Biopod on the app?

1. Leave the app open, at the screen you are on (enter the serial #)
2. Go to your wifi settings on your device
3. Select “Forget this connection” for your home wifi connection
4. Reconnect to your home wifi to re-establish the connection between the app data transfer and your home wifi
5. Go back into the app and continue the registration process.
